John H. I got this as a gift for my girlfriend and she loves cats. She was over the moon when she saw the little cat charm hanging from it. It's a good quality product and I've got one happy girlfriend. Innovato were great as well. The product was in low stock and had to be shipped from China so it came late. Communication with the seller was great and it came two weeks late. More than happy though.
