Return & Refund Policy
We offer to all our customer 30 Days NO Question returns. Don't like the item? Ok, you can request return in 30 days from the delivery date.
Here is some requirements you need to follow:
1. Contact us on our support email: email@example.com and request to return your product.
2. Provide us with your order number and reason for the return (Don't like it, No longer needed, Damaged etc.)
We will provide you with return instructions so you can send the package back and receive full refund.
Additional requirements you need to meet in order your return request to be accepted:
1. You can request return no longer than 30 days from the delivery date.
2. The item should be unused or damaged.
3. The item must be sent in the original package.
4. The customer must provide valid tracking number of the package when the package is shipped.
Please include your order number in front of the package in order your refund to be processed quickly.
All refunds are made in 7 days upon receiving the package back in our office. The original cost of the return is not refunded.
